If the ordered items are in stock, they will be shipped within 3 working days of receipt of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Normally, the products are only manufactured after an order has been received. The waiting time until completion depends on my order situation and is currently between 3 and 5 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For commissions, a deposit of 50% of the invoice amount (excluding shipping costs) is required. Once I have started working on the order or as soon as I have purchased materials for it, the deposit is no longer refundable.
The remaining invoice amount (including shipping costs) is due upon completion of the order. Shipping will only take place after the invoice amount has been paid in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
